Our Story
It all started with MISS SIMONA, our beloved dog and the true inspiration behind everything we are today.
Our story began at Calle Mallorca 438, in the heart of the Sagrada Familia neighborhood. It was there that we opened our first space and where Simona turned this place into something special: a pet-friendly café where you and your furry companion are always welcome.

Miss Simona is located at 438 Carrer de Mallorca, in Barcelona’s Eixample district, a three-minute walk from the Sagrada Família. We’re just one street away from the cathedral, making us a convenient choice for breakfast, brunch or lunch before or after your visit.
What time does Miss Simona open?
Miss Simona opens every day at 9.30 am. From Monday to Thursday we close at 4.30 pm and from Friday to Sunday at 5.00 pm. The kitchen always closes 30 minutes before the restaurant closes. You can come for breakfast, enjoy brunch or have lunch near the Sagrada Família during our kitchen opening hours.
What sort of brunch do you serve?
At Miss Simona, you’ll find a brunch spot near the Sagrada Família with Mediterranean and Italian influences. The menu includes eggs Benedict, toast, focaccia, pancakes, tapas, salads, speciality coffee, juices, smoothies and other sweet and savoury options.
Do you need to book a table to eat at Miss Simona?

Is it a good place to eat after visiting the Sagrada Família?
Yes. Miss Simona is just a few minutes’ walk from the Sagrada Família, so you can easily pop in after visiting the church and continue your morning with brunch or lunch. If you’ve booked a mid-morning ticket for the Sagrada Família, you can also come along beforehand to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or brunch.
Do you have any vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes. Our menu features vegetarian and vegan options, as well as a range of dishes that can be adapted to suit your needs. Yes. Miss Simona is a pet-friendly café in Barcelona, and dogs are welcome. In fact, the concept behind the café was inspired by Simona, the dog after whom the restaurant is named and who is part of our history. So you can enjoy your breakfast, brunch or lunch in the company of your dog.

How do I get to Miss Simona by public transport?
Miss Simona is located at Carrer de Mallorca, 438, Barcelona, very close to the Sagrada Família metro station, which is served by lines L2 and L5. From the metro station, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the restaurant. You can also easily walk there from the Sagrada Família itself.
